Part-Time Professional Sales Specialist

We are looking for a Public Safety Sales Supervisor to support and grow our presence within Hawaii's public safety community. This role serves as a trusted partner to law enforcement agencies and other public safety organizations by providing uniform solutions, product expertise, professional fittings, and outstanding service.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with law enforcement agencies, public safety departments, and key decision-makers.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow existing accounts and develop new business.
  • Present 5.11 products and solutions to stakeholders, including procurement teams, uniform committees, training staff, and command personnel.
  • Serve as a trusted resource on uniforms, tactical gear, and product solutions.
  • Conduct professional uniform fittings to ensure proper sizing, comfort, mobility, and appearance.
  • Coordinate alterations, embellishments, patches, and customization requirements according to department specifications.
  • Deliver exceptional service while representing the 5.11 brand and values.
  • Support customers with product recommendations and solutions that meet their operational needs.
  • Manage inventory, receiving, stock organization, and back-of-house operations.
  • Assist with merchandising, pricing updates, transfers, and overall store presentation.
  • Utilize point-of-sale and business systems to support daily operations.

What You Bring:

  • Associate's degree, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2–4 years of retail, sales, account management, or customer service experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and occasional travel between islands.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with public safety, law enforcement, military, or first responder organizations.
  • Knowledge of uniforms, tactical equipment, apparel, or related products.

Pay Range: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
