Part-Time Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across job portals such as LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, and other assigned platforms
  • Review and screen candidate CVs against the requirements of each assigned role
  • Shortlist suitable profiles and send them to the hiring team or manager for further review
  • Conduct Boolean search and outreach to passive candidates where required to generate interest in open roles

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in any discipline
  • 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or CV screening
  • Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn and MyCareersFuture
  • Able to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
  • Good written communication skills in English
  • Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
