Part-Time Recruiter
Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates across job portals such as LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture, JobStreet, and other assigned platforms
- Review and screen candidate CVs against the requirements of each assigned role
- Shortlist suitable profiles and send them to the hiring team or manager for further review
- Conduct Boolean search and outreach to passive candidates where required to generate interest in open roles
Requirements
- Diploma or above in any discipline
- 1 – 2 years of experience in recruitment sourcing or CV screening
- Familiarity with job portals such as LinkedIn and MyCareersFuture
- Able to assess candidate suitability based on job requirements
- Good written communication skills in English
- Self-driven and able to work independently with minimal supervision
