Education Consultant Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Homework Assistance:<\/span><\/b> Assist students with homework and assignments, ensuring they\ndevelop good study habits and time management skills.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Progress Monitoring:<\/span><\/b> Regularly assess student progress and communicate findings to the Center\nManager and parents as needed.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Assessment Reports: <\/span><\/b>Creating detailed reports after each tutoring session to document\nstudent performance, areas for improvement, and any relevant feedback for\nparents or guardians.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Mentorship:<\/span><\/b> Act as a mentor and role model, offering guidance and support to\nhelp students build confidence and resilience.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Collaboration:<\/span><\/b> Work closely with the Center Manager and other staff to align\ntutoring strategies with teaching instruction and objectives.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Parent Communication:<\/span><\/b> Engage with parents to discuss student progress and address any\nconcerns or questions they may have.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Professional Development:<\/span><\/b> Participate in training sessions and workshops conducted by company\nto enhance tutoring skills and stay updated on best practices in education.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Engagement: <\/span><\/b>Conducting engaging and\ninteractive tutoring sessions, both in\-person and online. Maintaining a\npositive and professional learning environment.<\/span>
