☎ Part Time Telephone Operator & Security Surveillance (XUN)

Location: Central Region (Nearest MRT: Havelock)

Job Type: Part-Time / Contract

Salary Structure:

💵 Weekdays: $12.00 per hour

💵 Weekends: $14.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming internal and guest calls warmly, transfer lines efficiently, and log basic requests.
- Maintain a watchful eye on CCTV monitors to ensure safety and detect any unusual activity or hazards.
- Act as the primary communication hub to immediately escalate incidents, unusual activities, or alarms to the Duty Manager.

Job Requirements
- Must hold a valid Security License (Mandatory due to CCTV room stationing).
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm and focussed under pressure.
- Able to do morning and afternoon shifts (between 8am-10pm)
- Ability to work a flexible roster of 3 to 4 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
