We are looking for a dynamic Partner Account Executive to strengthen our partner ecosystem and drive business growth across the Israel region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and partner relationship management within the SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions industry. This role requires strong business acumen, consultative selling skills, and the ability to build trust with channel partners to achieve mutual success.<\/span><\/span>

Key Responsibilities<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>
<\/div>
- Manage and grow relationships with existing channel / implementation partners in Israel.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Identify, recruit, and onboard new partners to expand coverage and capability in the market.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Work closely with partners to develop joint business plans, sales strategies, and GTM (Go\-To\-Market) activities.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Drive sales pipeline through partner\-led opportunities and co\-selling motions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Enable and support partners with training, certifications, and resources to improve their ability to sell and deliver solutions.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Monitor partner performance, track KPIs, and ensure achievement of sales targets.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Act as the primary liaison between partners and internal teams (sales, marketing, product, support).<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Represent the company at partner events, conferences, and customer\-facing activities in the region.<\/span><\/span>

<\/div>Qualifications & Skills<\/span><\/u><\/b><\/span>
<\/div>- 1\u20133 years of experience in sales, partner account management, or business development in the SaaS, cloud, or IT solutions domain.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Strong understanding of the Israel market landscape and partner ecosystem.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through partners.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Hebrew fluency (mandatory) and strong proficiency in English.<\/span><\/span>
<\/li>- Flexible to travel as and when required.<\/span><\/span>
