Partner Demand Generation & Marketing Manager ROW Markets

Hello! πŸ‘‹

At Factorial, we believe our partner ecosystem is one of the biggest drivers of international growth. That's why we're looking for a Partner Demand Generation Manager to build and scale marketing programs that generate pipeline through our partner network across Rest of the World (RoW) Emerging Markets.

Your mission is simple: help our partners generate demand, create qualified pipeline, and accelerate revenue growth. You'll work at the intersection of Partnerships, Marketing, and Sales, enabling our reseller ecosystem with impactful campaigns, events, content, and co-marketing initiatives tailored to each market. This role is perfect for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, enjoys working across cultures, and thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments. As we continue expanding across the UK&I, Middle East, Poland, Africa, South-Eastern Europe and other emerging markets, you'll play a critical role in helping our partners become a true extension of Factorial's go-to-market engine.

Ready to be part of the challenge?

About the team πŸ‘₯

Our Channel team opens doors to new markets by building meaningful partnerships that help us grow together. If you thrive on collaboration and love creating win-win relationships, we’d love to have you on board.

What you'll do πŸ“

  • Design and execute the partner demand generation strategy for RoW Emerging Markets, driving qualified pipeline through indirect channels.

  • Plan and manage co-marketing campaigns with strategic partners, including events, webinars, email, digital/paid campaigns, ABM, and local activations.

  • Build partner marketing playbooks, campaign kits, and enablement materials, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.

  • Own Marketing Development Plans (MDPs) with partners, including quarterly initiatives, budgets, pipeline targets, and success metrics, to drive pipeline growth.

  • Collaborate with Partnership Account Executives and Sales teams to align on ICP, messaging, partner priorities, and lead quality.

  • Monitor campaign performance across the funnel and optimize initiatives based on data and insights, including partner-sourced pipeline and revenue.

  • Manage partner marketing budgets, timelines, and external vendors to ensure successful execution.

  • Support partner onboarding and end-to-end funnel performance from awareness to qualified opportunity generation.

  • Contribute ideas to improve demand generation processes and scale Factorial's partner ecosystem.

What are we looking for? 🎯

What we're looking for:

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, partner/channel marketing, or B2B marketing roles, ideally in SaaS.

  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns (events, email, digital, ABM, partnerships), including indirect sales models such as resellers, distributors, or referral partners.

  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to align on priorities and drive pipeline impact, with a commercial mindset focused on revenue, not just leads.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills; comfortable managing multiple projects across regions simultaneously.

  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance and pipeline KPIs.

  • Ability to work across international markets in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.

  • Professional English and one more ROW language (preferably Russian, Serbian, or Greek).

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments (HR Tech a plus).

  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.

  • Experience managing Partner Marketing Funds (MDFs) or Marketing Development Plans (MDPs).

  • Previous customer-facing or commercial experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage external partners.
