Job Description
The Partnership Lifecycle Management Lead is responsible for designing and implementing the strategic roadmap for partnerships, ensuring alignment with Globe, Marketing, and Business Unit (BU) campaigns and strategies. This role drives growth opportunities, leverages synergies across commercial and community partnerships, and oversees the creation and iteration of frameworks and tools to manage the entire partnership lifecycle. The role also focuses on innovation, operational excellence, and performance monitoring to deliver impactful resultsDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead and contribute to shaping the partnership strategy and roadmap of MSP
Lead and contribute to shaping the partnership strategy of the portfolio team together with the Portfolio Lead based on program needs
Designs, reviews, and iterates frameworks for partnership principles, partnership tiering, partnership playbook, or other tools needed
Initiates and lead business development thought leadership initiatives to drive growth opportunities with partnerships
Initiates process and system improvement initiatives based on analyses of the internal and external stakeholders experience
Champion innovation opportunities for the division through evaluating market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation; understand key business drivers that will support objectives
Develops own PPE based on Division KPIs
Escalates to the MSP Head critical, high-risk, high-impact, or sensitive issues
Mid and Post review of strategy vs campaigns
Develops and drives documentation for overall partnership lifecycle operations, process, strategy, and initiatives
Oversees the creation of Partnership Life Cycle reports including VOC, NPS, and other necessary KPIs
