Partner Manager

As a Partner Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing and growing relationships with a portfolio of world-class global technical partners. You will be responsible for delivering innovative, insight-led partnership activation programmes that maximise commercial value, enhance brand visibility and provide measurable return on investment.

Working collaboratively across the Commercial, Communications, Digital, Content and Partner Operations teams, you'll ensure partner campaigns are seamlessly executed both at the factory and across the Formula One race calendar.   • Lead the strategic management and activation of a portfolio of major global technical partners, delivering exceptional service and measurable commercial success.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with partner stakeholders, ensuring long-term value and collaboration.
  • Develop and deliver creative, insight-led partnership activation campaigns that achieve agreed marketing and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Communications, Digital, Social, Content and Partner Operations to deliver integrated, high-impact partnership programmes.
  • Manage the creation, approval and execution of partner marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with Aston Martin Aramco Formula One™ Team brand standards.
  • Monitor campaign performance, using audience insights and data to optimise activations and demonstrate return on investment for partners.
  • Support the planning and delivery of partner hospitality, events and race weekend activations across the Formula One calendar, including international travel where required.
  • Mentor and support junior members of the Partnerships team, contributing to onboarding, knowledge sharing and a high-performance team culture.
  • Manage partnership budgets, reporting, administration and stakeholder communications, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on schedule.
  • Foster collaborative working across the wider business to maximise partner engagement, strengthen relationships and identify new activation opportunities.

  • Proven experience managing commercial partnerships within Formula One or a high-performance sport environment.
  • Strong client relationship management skills, with the ability to build credibility and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Demonstrable experience developing and delivering successful marketing activation campaigns that achieve measurable results.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging senior internal and external audiences.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A collaborative, proactive and solutions-focused approach, with experience working effectively across cross-functional teams.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to support and develop junior colleagues.
