This spans software license vendors (cPanel, Plesk, Softaculous, LiteSpeed, etc.), data centre and colocation operators, security and SSL certificate providers, cloud infrastructure partners, and strategic technology alliances. The role demands someone who can negotiate commercial agreements, manage ongoing vendor performance, and collaborate closely with technical and product teams to ensure partner relationships translate into a superior hosting experience for customers.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

Software License & Technology Partner Management<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b>\u2022 Own end\-to\-end relationships with hosting software vendors \u2014 cPanel, Plesk, WHMCS, Softaculous, LiteSpeed, Imunify, and similar.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Manage license procurement, renewal cycles, volume tier negotiations, and compliance across all software partnerships.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Monitor product roadmap updates from vendors and communicate downstream impact to product and engineering teams.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Evaluate emerging hosting technology partners and lead proof\-of\-concept discussions.<\/span>

Data Centre & Infrastructure Partnerships<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b>\u2022 Manage relationships with collocation facilities, bandwidth/transit providers, and CDN partners.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Coordinate capacity planning reviews and SLA performance tracking with DC and network partners.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Lead RFP processes for new data center tie\-ups or infrastructure expansions across target regions.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Escalate and follow through on critical infrastructure SLA breaches in coordination with the technical team.<\/span>

Security & SSL / Speciality Vendor Partnerships<\/b><\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Manage partnerships with SSL certificate authorities (DigiCert, Sectigo, Let's Encrypt integrations) and cybersecurity solution providers.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Own commercial terms with backup, disaster recovery, and managed service technology partners.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Identify bundling and co\-sell opportunities to enrich QualiSpace's product portfolio.<\/span>

Commercial Negotiation & Contract Management<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b>\u2022 Lead commercial negotiations for pricing, volume discounts, rebate structures, and co\-marketing initiatives with partners.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Maintain a contract and renewal calendar with SLA dashboards and commercial milestone trackers.<\/span>
<\/span>\u2022 Conduct quarterly vendor reviews to identify cost optimization and consolidation opportunities.<\/span>

Cross\-Functional Collaboration<\/span>
<\/span><\/span><\/b>\u2022 Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to align partner deliverables with business goals.<\/span>

<\/span>\u2022 P<\/span><\/span>rovide competitive partner intelligence to inform product roadmap and pricing strategy.

Requirements<\/h3>

\u2022 4\u20138 years of experience in partner management, vendor relations, or business development in web hosting, SaaS, or cloud services.
\u2022 Hands\-on experience managing software license vendors (cPanel, Plesk, or equivalent) and/or data centre partnerships.
\u2022 Strong commercial acumen \u2014 ability to read contracts, negotiate terms, and manage multi\-vendor portfolios.
\u2022 Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, both internal and external.
\u2022 Familiarity with hosting infrastructure concepts: shared hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, DNS, SSL, and control panels.
\u2022 Experience with CDN, cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) reseller programs, or managed hosting partnerships.
\u2022 Exposure to reseller or white\-label channel development in India or South Asia.
\u2022 Understanding of data centre procurement, colocation contracts, and bandwidth SLAs.
\u2022 Proficiency in CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) and contract management systems.
\u2022 Prior experience representing a company at international industry events.<\/span><\/span>
