Partner Marketing Manager
We are seeking a strategic and revenue-focused Partner Marketing Manager to lead and scale our North American partner marketing function. This role will define the partner marketing strategy across a diverse partner ecosystem—including telematics and technology partners—to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact through integrated co-marketing programs, events, and partner/reseller activation.
The Partner Marketing Manager will serve as the senior marketing lead for partner go-to-market strategy, aligning closely with Partner/Channel Sales and the broader Marketing team to accelerate partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
Partner Marketing Strategy
* Define and execute the annual partner marketing strategy aligned to revenue targets.
* Segment the partner ecosystem (premier, mid-tier, long-tail) and define investment models by tier.
* Establish measurable pipeline and ROI targets for partner marketing programs.
Revenue & Pipeline Accountability
* Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline metrics.
* Develop forecasting models for partner marketing contribution.
* Align with Partner/Channel Sales leadership on quarterly revenue targets.
Strategic Partner Activation
* Lead integrated campaigns with ecosystem partners.
* Oversee partner-led events, joint webinars, field activations, and curated executive experiences.
* Drive vertical-specific partner strategies across key industries, including transportation, logistics, food & beverage, and compliance-focused sectors.
Platform & Infrastructure
* Own partner marketing platform strategy and activation roadmap.
* Oversee partner lead routing, nurture programs, and reporting frameworks.
* Improve partner reporting visibility, attribution, and performance measurement.
* Influence cross-functional stakeholders at senior levels.
* Serve as the marketing lead in partner strategy discussions with executive leadership.
What You Bring
* 3–5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience.
* 2–3 years of experience in partner or channel marketing.
* Proven success owning and executing pipeline-generating marketing initiatives.
* Experience working with telematics, compliance, transportation, logistics, or supply chain technology ecosystems strongly preferred.
* Expertise with Salesforce and partner marketing platforms (ZiftOne experience preferred).
* Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
* Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
