Partner Sales Representative (Digital Energy) – 1 Year Contract

Job Scope

Partner & Channel Management

  • Manage and grow relationships with channel partners, system integrators, distributors, panel builders, and EcoXpert partners.
  • Drive business growth and increase sales of Digital Energy solutions through partner channels.
  • Support partner development through regular engagement, business reviews, and capability-building initiatives.

Sales & Business Development

  • Achieve sales and revenue targets through assigned partner accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market share within the Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, and Energy Management sectors.
  • Develop and execute annual business plans and growth strategies with partners.

Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, consultants, contractors, developers, and industry stakeholders.
  • Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and technical teams to support business objectives.
  • Manage partner and customer expectations while ensuring a high level of satisfaction.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Manage sales pipeline, forecasting, and business performance reporting.
  • Track opportunities and ensure healthy sales conversion rates.
  • Monitor partner performance and implement improvement plans where required.

Marketing & Demand Generation

  • Support marketing activities, industry events, seminars, and demand generation campaigns.
  • Work with partners to identify market opportunities and generate new leads.


Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, Energy Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
  • Experience in Channel Sales, Partner Management, Account Management, Business Development or Technical Sales.
  • Experience in the following industries: Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation, Smart Buildings, Energy Management, Electrical Solutions, Power Distribution, Industrial Automation or Building Technologies
  • Good understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS), Building Automation Solutions, HVAC Controls, Energy Management Systems, Power Monitoring Solutions or Smart Building Technologies
  • Strong sales and business development skills.
  • Experience managing channel partners, distributors, or system integrators.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management abilities.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive business growth.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience managing sales targets and forecasts.
