- This role involves coordinating with Zoho Partners and engaging them with pre\-sales technical support to Mid\-market and Enterprise clients by identifying their requirements and designing a viable solution from within the company\u2019s product portfolio.<\/span>
<\/li>- Deliver technical and product presentations internally and externally.<\/span>
<\/li>- Deliver training.<\/span>
<\/li>- Create compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation.<\/span>
<\/li>- Work with Product Management to feedback on issues with current products and provide input around new products.<\/span>
<\/li>- Interface with the implementation/project team.<\/span>
<\/li>- Articulating customer requirement, to ensure a smooth delivery transition.<\/span>
<\/li>- Candidates with 2\-5 years experience in IT or technical pre\-sales or technical consultant roles are eligible to apply.<\/span>
