Partner Success Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Engagement & Expansion
    • Build strong relationships with strategic and existing Backup-only partners.
    • Develop tailored strategies to introduce and position AvePoint Elements.
    • Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the partner ecosystem.
  • Enablement & Education
    • Deliver onboarding, training, and certification programs.
    • Equip partners with sales playbooks, brochures, and technical resources.
    • Host workshops, webinars, and 1:1 sessions to deepen product understanding.
  • Business Planning & Execution
    • Co-develop joint business plans with partners.
    • Track KPIs such as partner activation, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
    • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market efforts.
  • Advocacy & Feedback Loop
    • Serve as the voice of the partner internally.
    • Gather feedback to improve partner experience and product-market fit.
    • Influence roadmap and messaging based on partner insights.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in partner success, channel enablement, or technical account management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS, cloud platforms, and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to translate technical value into business outcomes.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch; additional EMEA languages are a plus.
