  • Develop and strengthen strategic partnerships with educational institutions, universities, and training organizations<\/b> to expand program outreach.

  • Achieve quarterly targets related to institutional tie\-ups, collaborations, and lead generation<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with existing partner institutions<\/b> to ensure smooth implementation and long\-term engagement.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Lead and coordinate the end\-to\-end process of signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs)<\/b> with partner institutions.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify and implement innovative ideas and strategies<\/b> to enhance project outcomes, institutional engagement, and program success.

    Requirements<\/h3>

  • Bachelor\u2019s or Master\u2019s degree in Management, Social Work, Education, Public Policy, or a related field<\/b> is preferred.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • 3\u20135 years of relevant experience<\/b> in institutional partnerships, business development, stakeholder engagement, or program coordination.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Prior experience working with educational institutions, universities, skill Sector or CSR initiatives<\/b> will be highly preferred.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Demonstrated experience in building strategic collaborations, managing institutional partnerships, and facilitating the signing of MOUs<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Familiarity with skill development, employability, digital education, or capacity\-building programs<\/b> will be an added advantage.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Ability to engage effectively with government departments, academic leadership, and other key stakeholders<\/b>.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Strong organizational, negotiation, and relationship management skills<\/b> with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills<\/b>, with the ability to represent the organization professionally.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Proficiency in MS Office, presentations, and documentation<\/b> for partnership proposals, reports, and institutional communications.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Adaptable, proactive, and innovative mindset<\/b>, with willingness to travel for institutional engagement and partnership development.
