The Role<\/b>

We\u2019re looking for our FIRST Partnerships Business Development Manager<\/b> to lead our partner ecosystem and help take it to the next level. You\u2019ll be responsible for nurturing our existing partnerships, uncovering new opportunities, and making sure every partner is having a world\-class experience with Approvely.

Requirements<\/h3>What You\u2019ll Do<\/b>
<\/h3>\n \n Manage and grow our existing partnerships, ensuring alignment, success, and shared goals
<\/p><\/li>\n
Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and ongoing check\-ins with key partners
<\/p><\/li>\n
Collaborate with the Marketing team to build and execute co\-branded campaigns and partner programs
<\/p><\/li>\n
Track KPIs and partner performance, reporting weekly to leadership on results and insights
<\/p><\/li>\n
Identify and source new strategic partnerships that align with our goals and market
<\/p><\/li>\n
Build scalable systems and processes to support a growing ecosystem of partners
<\/p><\/li>\n
Represent Approvely at industry events, virtually and in\-person, as a trusted partner voice
<\/p><\/li>\n <\/ul>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For<\/b>
<\/h3>\n \n 3\u20135+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or B2B account management
<\/p><\/li>\n
Strong relationship\-building skills and a collaborative, solutions\-first mindset
<\/p><\/li>\n
Excellent communication, organizational, and follow\-up skills
<\/p><\/li>\n
Experience working cross\-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
<\/p><\/li>\n
Comfortable tracking metrics and using data to drive decisions and improvements
<\/p><\/li>\n
Bonus: Familiarity with or network in the online gaming space (fantasy sports, sweepstakes, social casinos, etc.)
