Partnership Development & Strategy<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Identify, evaluate, and onboard strategic partners (media agencies, content platforms, telecom operators, advertisers).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Develop partnership strategies aligned with business goals and revenue targets.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Explore new opportunities for content distribution, co\-marketing, and bundled offerings.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Relationship Management<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Build and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with key stakeholders.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Act as the main point of contact for partners, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Conduct regular business reviews and performance tracking.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Commercial & Revenue Growth<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and pricing models.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Drive revenue through partnerships, including advertising, subscriptions, and data collaborations.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Monitor KPIs and optimize partnership performance.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Cross\-functional Collaboration<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span><\/span> Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Content, Tech).<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Align partnership initiatives with product development and go\-to\-market strategies.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Stay updated on industry trends in media and telecom.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Identify market gaps and recommend new partnership opportunities.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Support expansion into new markets or segments.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span> Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.<\/span> 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development (within the Media or Telecom industry).<\/span> Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.<\/span> Proven track record of closing and managing strategic deals.<\/span> Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.<\/span> Ability to work in a fast\-paced, target\-driven environment.<\/span> Experience working with telecom operators, digital publishers, or content platforms.<\/span> Understanding of digital advertising, content monetization, or subscription models.<\/span> Existing network within the media or telecom ecosystem.<\/span>
