About the role:
Hastings Deering is on the lookout for a customer-focused Parts Advisor to join our high-performing Customer Care Centre team in Archerfield. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity where you’ll be at the heart of helping customers keep their operations moving.
In this role, you will:
Be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service across phone, email, and digital channels
Process orders efficiently using CAT systems and tools
Diagnose customer needs and provide accurate parts advice and solutions
Maintain clean, accurate data across systems
Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth delivery
Support key accounts with clear communication and reliable follow-through
Apply problem-solving skills and commercial awareness to achieve the best outcomes

About you:
3+ years’ experience in customer service, parts, or operational support
Experience using CRM and order management system
Strong ability to build relationships and deliver great service
Confidence working with technical parts information and systems
A mechanical or technical background (highly regarded)
