PWS Title: Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative

Clearance Type: Secret

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Assist with issues and records all parts issued on provided Repair Part Reports and use reports to update the DPAS database.
  • Assist with processes initial request, turn-in, and issue documents (DD Form 1149) of required ancillary gear to support team personnel and Operators. Receive, inventory and inspect post-deployment return of all weapons accessories (ancillary) gear and help to determine the serviceability of received ancillary equipment for re-issue.
  • Assist with assembling, inventory, and replenish weapon repair-parts kits and toolboxes for deploying units.
