Parts Driver - Autobahn Motors
The Parts Driver is responsible for safely transporting automotive parts and accessories to customers, vendors, and dealership locations while providing exceptional customer service. This position also may assist the Parts Department with inventory organization, shipping and receiving, and maintaining accurate delivery records to ensure efficient daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Safely deliver and pick up automotive parts, accessories, and supplies according to scheduled routes.
- Verify delivery orders for accuracy and obtain customer signatures when required.
- Load, unload, and organize parts to prevent damage during transport.
- Assist with receiving, stocking, and maintaining inventory within the Parts Department.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly serviced company vehicle, reporting any maintenance needs promptly.
- Provide courteous, professional customer service while representing the dealership.
- Follow all traffic laws, dealership policies, and safety procedures during deliveries and warehouse operations.
- Previous delivery, warehouse, or automotive parts experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent loading, unloading, bending, and standing.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing delivery schedules efficiently.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to successfully complete pre-employment requirements, including background check, motor vehicle record (MVR) review, and drug screening.
Compensation:
- $23.00 per hour
(The Parts Driver Position has a Pay Scale consisting of the following elements and ranges. Wages include Base Hourly Compensation of $23.00.)
Schedule:
- Full Time
- Monday through Saturday availability
- Sundays off
