Parts Manager – DriveX Parts

Own\nand grow the DriveX Parts business at Hosur \u2014 driving parts revenue, building a\nreliable supply chain, and establishing scalable processes for parts\nfulfilment, kitting, and warehouse operations.<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/span>
<\/p>

Revenue\nGeneration<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Drive\nDriveX Parts revenue through direct and dealer channels, B2B and retail parts\nsupply channels.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop\nnew business opportunities \u2014 workshops, fleet operators, and multi\-brand\nservice centers.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Track\nsales targets, conversion, and revenue metrics; report performance to\nleadership.<\/span>
<\/p>

Procurement\n& Inventory<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Source\nand procure parts from OES and aftermarket suppliers; maintain optimal stock\nlevels.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct\nregular inventory audits and cycle counts to ensure no dead and slow\-moving\nstock.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Set\nreorder levels, safety stock norms, and demand\-based ordering plans.<\/span>
<\/p>

Parts\nSupply & Process Setup<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Establish\nend\-to\-end supply process for parts to external customers \u2014 workshops, dealers,\nand direct buyers.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Define\nSOPs for order intake, fulfilment, dispatch, and returns; ensure consistent TAT\nadherence.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Set\nup kitting processes for service kits, maintenance packs, and bundled part\nsolutions.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Co\nordinate with Quality to check and approve the new parts for introduction.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Develop\npacking / branding for Parts along with Suppliers<\/span>
<\/p>

Warehouse\nManagement<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage\nday\-to\-day warehouse operations \u2014 inward, binning, picking, packing, and\ndispatch.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain\naccurate GRNs, stock records, and outward documentation; enforce FIFO and 5S\nstandards.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ensure\nsafe storage, space utilisation, and compliance with applicable guidelines.<\/span>
<\/p>

Supplier\nCoordination<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage\nexisting supplier relationships \u2014 monitor delivery timelines, quality, and\npricing.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Identify\nand onboard additional / new suppliers to expand parts coverage and reduce\nsupply risk.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Negotiate\ncommercial terms and review supplier performance on a regular basis.<\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>

Qualifications\n& Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Degree\nin Automobile / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>5\u20138\nyears in automotive parts management, supply chain, or aftermarket business.<\/span>
<\/p>

· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proficiency\nin ERP / DMS; strong analytical and communication skills.<\/span>
