Pastoral Care Officer

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one befriending and mentorship support to Higher NeedsStudents (HNS).
• Conduct motivational sharing sessions to inspire resilience and positivebehaviour.
• Lead simple, age-appropriate physical activities to support studentwell-being.
• Supervise andmonitor completion of homework and assigned academic tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma qualificationin Counselling, Psychology, Social Work, Education or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experiencein youth work, student support, or social services.
• Basic first aid, crisisde-escalation or Mental Health First Aid certifications are strong advantages
