Pastry Chefs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead or support a designated pastry section, with responsibilities aligned to your level of experience and expertise.

  • Prepare, produce, and present exceptional pastries, desserts, and baked goods that consistently meet quality and presentation standards.

  • Collaborate closely with the broader culinary team to deliver seamless service and an outstanding guest experience.

  • Uphold the highest standards of food safety, hygiene, and workplace organisation within a professional kitchen environment.

  • Contribute to effective inventory management, stock control, and waste minimisation initiatives.

  • Support continuous improvement through creativity, innovation, and a commitment to culinary excellence.

What we’re looking for:

  • Previous experience in a pastry, bakery, or professional kitchen environment, commensurate with the level of the role.

  • A genuine passion for pastry arts, with a strong focus on quality, precision, and attention to detail.

  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills, with the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • A collaborative and positive approach, coupled with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn and grow.

  • Sound understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen best practices.

  • A commitment to delivering exceptional products that enhance the overall guest dining experience.
