Pastry Cook

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Pastry Cook to join our Central Kitchen team. You will be involved in the preparation and production of cakes, pastries, and desserts that are delivered daily to our customers, including leading hotels, corporate clients, and retail customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare pastry ingredients, including weighing, mixing, baking, and assembling products.
  • Produce and decorate a variety of pastries and desserts, including cakes, cupcakes, macarons, sponges, and other baked goods.
  • Operate bakery equipment and machinery safely and efficiently.
  • Follow company, food safety, and SFA standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils, tools, and equipment.
  • Assist with packing, cutting, and preparation of finished products.
  • Support other kitchen operations and perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Passion for baking and pastry production.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Able to commit to a minimum 5.5-day work week.
  • Prior pastry or bakery experience is an advantage, but training will be provided for candidates with a strong interest in the industry.
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in a production kitchen environment.
