Job Description & Requirements


Job Scope:-


- Rendering secretarial and administrative support for the filing and registration of patent applications.

- Collation of material, preparation of documents, letters, emails and billing.

-Entry and tracking of official deadlines.

-Preparation and submission of official documents.

-Files management for patent applications.

-Scanning and printing of documents.


Requirements:


-Candidates should have at least an "O" level with credit in English and fresh Diploma graduates arewelcome to apply.

-Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and in the English language (both oral and written).

-Training will be provided.

-Candidates with relevant experience will be given preferential consideration.

-Possess good administrative and organizational skills.

-Meticulous.

-Ability to work independently.-Willingness to learn.

-Singaporean or PR holder preferred.
