As a Student Trainee (Program Analysis) GS-01, you will: The Office of Central American Affairs of the Western Hemisphere Affairs Bureau (WHA/CEN) coordinates U.S. foreign policy objectives with Guatemala, Belize, Honduras, El Salvador, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, and Panama. This position offers a wide range of opportunities supporting the WHA/CEN country desk officers. The intern will contribute to drafting memos, briefing documents, and meeting notes. The intern will be assigned special projects to include mapping influencers in the seven WHA/CEN countries.
