Following a major expansion, Holy Cross Hospital – Jordan Valley's capacity tripled, now housing 171 beds to serve our growing community. Daily oversight of operations and management of error ,audit and productivity reports (as applicable). Provide technical expertise for multiple system interfaces within Patient Access.. Tracks and trends errors to develop and conduct and/or provide input into associate training. Acts as a liaison with theBusiness Office, IT, and clinical staff. Troubleshoots equipment problems and communicates the needs for associates. Communicates shift needs to the supervisor or manager as appropriate. Provides input for associate evaluations (as applicable). Committee involvement as assigned. May provide project management as needed.

Requirements:
- HighSchool Diploma/G.E.D. required
- One year applicable experience required
Preferred:
- Certified Healthcare Access Associate preferred
- CHAA certification or obtained within one year of hire (as applicable)
