Responsibilities and Duties
This is the entry level position where the focus of training is on developing and Demonstrating competencies of supporting professional staff by:
- Answer and direct calls from multi-line phone.
- Management of day to day operations of the clinic/business office.
- Central Registry activities and support
- Greeting clients upon arrival and inform them of messages or appointments with staff.
- Arrange staff schedules to ensure adequate coverate in the clinic, when needed.
- Accurately collect, track and record client fee payments.
- Order supplies, organize supplies.
- Collect client statistical data for reporting purposes
- Record porint of contact uriinalysis testing and post to EMR.
- Complete insurance eligibility checks.
- Report any suspicious activity, neglect or abuse by a client or staff memeber to Program Director.
- Support patient rights including the protection of patient confidentiality by all staff and between patients.
- Exhibit a nonjudgmental approach, listen with empathy.
- Adhear to all federal, state and local regulations and accrediting agency requirements.
- Commit to diversity and inclusivity in the wortkplace.
- Assist in monthly clinic operations, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
- Previous medical clinic and/or addictions treatment experience preferred
- In some cases experience can be substituted for education requirement
- Basic computer skills
- Reliable transportation
- Proper time management
- Reliable and Dependable
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19-24 based on education, experience and location

Schedule:
- 8 hour shift: 5:30am - 1:30pm - M-F
- Saturday Shifts required in the future
Work setting:
- In-person outpatient clinic
- Clinic location will be in Fort Collins, CO Shields and Drake streets.
Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- EMR systems: 1 year
