This role is a high-energy, patient-facing communication position focused on helping individuals take the first step toward life-changing dental care. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective patients, engaging them through inbound and outbound calls to explain services, answer questions, and guide them toward scheduling in-person consultations. The role blends customer service, sales influence, and care coordination in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for creating strong first impressions, building trust quickly, and helping patients feel confident about moving forward with treatment. Success in this position requires strong communication skills, empathy, and the ability to convert conversations into scheduled appointments. You will work closely with a remote team, contributing to shared goals and performance metrics. This is a fully remote role where consistency, energy, and adaptability are essential.
Accountabilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with prospective patients, ensuring a positive and professional first experience.
- Clearly communicate the value of dental services and guide patients toward scheduling in-person consultations.
- Convert patient inquiries into booked appointments while maintaining a high standard of customer care.
- Follow up with patients to confirm appointments, answer questions, and ensure readiness for visits.
- Manage scheduling accurately using practice management systems and maintain detailed call records.
- Overcome objections with empathy and confidence while maintaining a patient-centered approach.
- Track performance metrics and collaborate with team leads to improve conversion and service quality.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and ongoing skill development activities.
- At least 1 year of call center experience required; 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and empathetic approach.
- Comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting with a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn scheduling and practice management systems.
- High school diploma required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection meeting minimum technical requirements.
- Strong organization, multitasking ability, and resilience when handling objections or rejection.
- Starting hourly rate of $17/hour plus monthly bonus opportunities.
