Job Scope:
- Coordinate appointments, admissions, and patient requests
- Serve as the main point of contact for patients and stakeholders
- Handle enquiries, complaints, and provide service recovery
- Support VIP patient journeys and direct admissions
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in any discipline
- 3–4 years of experience in healthcare or customer service/frontline roles
- Comfortable with 24/7 on-call rotation duties
