Patient Service Associate (Executive Health Screening)

Job Description

  • Attend to patients’ needs in a calm, courteous, and professional manner

  • Handle new clients/patients’ inquiries and provide prompt responses and assistance

  • Promote positive relations with all individuals who come into contact with the clinic

  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information and pertinent health screening data

  • Work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team

  • Analyze and resolve problems while exercising good judgment

  • Perform basic clinical procedures, including triage measurements such as height and weight (training will be provided)

  • Demonstrate willingness and interest to learn phlebotomy and other basic clinical skills (training will be provided)

Job Requirements

  • Background in customer service / front desk / concierge roles

  • Minimum GCE N / O Levels

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience as a receptionist or front-line counter staff will be an added advantage

  • IT-savvy and comfortable using computer systems

  • Keen interest in learning basic clinical procedures, including phlebotomy and patient triage

  • Able to commit to a 5.5-day work week (Monday to Friday; Saturday)
