Patient Service Associate (Healthcare Services Coordinator) #HDC

What You'll Be Doing:
- Welcome and register patients efficiently
- Coordinate and schedule appointments
- Provide financial counselling and cashiering services
- Guide patients through self-registration processes
- Attend to enquiries and deliver excellent customer service
- Manage incoming phone calls and administrative tasks
- Support the team with other operational duties as required
What We're Looking For:
- Minimum GCE N/O/A Levels or Diploma in any discipline
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare setting
- Able to commence work within a short notice period preferred
- Prior experience is not required as comprehensive training will be provided
