Patient Service Officer

Location:

Various Raffles Medical clinic locations across Singapore, including but not limited to Shaw and Yew Tee. Deployment will be based on operational needs.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attend to patient enquiries at the counter and provide information on clinic services.
  • Update patient registration details and process medical records in accordance with standard operating procedures and clinic guidelines.
  • Liaise with medical teams and patients to arrange appointments across different medical specialties and clinics within the Group.
  • Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical tasks when required.
  • Collate laboratory and radiology results for doctors’ review and follow up accordingly.
  • Perform daily billing and ensure accurate transactions, including closing of accounts.
  • Support smooth clinic operations and provide excellent front-line patient service.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, NITEC, or Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least 1 to 2 years of working experience in a clinic setting is preferred.
  • Meticulous, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Good customer service and front-line communication skills.
  • Able to work well in a team and in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Computer literate, with the ability to use MS Word, MS Excel, and patient registration systems.
  • Must be able to commit to shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays, based on a rostered schedule.
