Position: Patio Cleaner
Schedule: Seasonal, Monday – Friday day position (June-September), up to 40 hours per week
Pay: $18/hour

Essex Meadows is recruiting for a hospitality focused Patio Cleaner to join our team!
Primary Responsibilities:
Clean exterior siding within the immediate porch area.
Wipe and maintain porch railings and surrounding surfaces.
Clean and care for porch screens.
Clean interior and exterior glass surfaces of porch doors.
Sweep and maintain wood porch flooring.
Vacuum carpeted areas as needed.
Clean and maintain screen door tracks.
Clean patio furniture upon request.
Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in accordance with company policies.
Prioritize tasks and complete work efficiently to meet daily goals.
Participate in required training, orientation, and life safety drills.
Follow all safety guidelines and procedures.
Maintain resident privacy and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
