The Pattern Master is responsible for creating accurate garment patterns\nbased on design specifications, measurement charts, and buyer requirements. The\nrole involves pattern development, fit analysis, sample corrections, grading,\nand coordination with the sampling and production teams.

Key Responsibilities<\/span>

• Develop patterns as per design sketches, tech packs, and buyer\n specifications.<\/span>

• Prepare first patterns, fit patterns, and production patterns.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Analyse garment fit and recommend necessary corrections.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Perform pattern alterations based on fit comments and buyer\n feedback.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Coordinate with designers, merchandisers, and sampling teams\n during product development.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Ensure patterns meet quality, fit, and production requirements.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Prepare size grading for different garment sizes.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Maintain pattern records and development documentation.<\/span>
  <\/li>
• Support sample development and bulk production readiness.<\/span>
