Pay-Out Product Manager
We are building a systematic, long-term payments business in international markets. We are looking for a Product Manager to own and develop the Pay-Out direction — from market research and go-to-market strategy to product delivery and commercial enablement. This is a high-ownership role modeled after our existing PM function: you will act as the connective tissue between market, product, and operations.
You Role:
Product & Development
Own and manage the product backlog for Pay-Out: feature definition, prioritization, sprint management.
Drive the full development cycle in collaboration with engineering and business analysts.
Conduct market research and develop go-to-market strategies for new segments and products.
Commercial & Market
Work closely with the sales team: collect feedback, translate it into product requirements, communicate updates back.
Personally participate in sales conversations to gather first-hand market feedback (customer discovery)
Build complete value chains for new segments — from technical infrastructure and legal/compliance setup to support processes and sales playbooks.
Operations & Finance
Own the unit economics of the Pay-Out product.
Ensure proper legal and financial operations for the direction.
Track and manage P&L, budgets, and sales funnels.
What We're Looking For:
3+ years of experience in the payments industry with a focus on payout flows - disbursements, money remittance, payroll, or creator economy payouts.
Hands-on experience with multiple payout channels: Visa/Mastercard push, alternative payment methods, cross-border payouts outside Europe.
Experience working with payment providers: ability to navigate KYB, compliance requirements, and build long-term partnerships.
Strong understanding of unit economics, P&L, and sales funnel management.
Product methodology: Agile, backlog management, roadmap planning, prioritization frameworks.
Practical experience applying AI tools in daily workflows (beyond basic ChatGPT usage).
Nice to Have:
Experience with payroll platforms, creator economy products, or B2B mass payouts.
Background in crypto or adjacent industries.
Exposure to markets outside Europe (LATAM, SEA, MENA, etc.).
