Payment Providers Officer
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our Payment Providers’ Management team. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a structured approach to problem-solving and an interest in payment operations. In that role you will act as a link between the Payments Team and internal departments, supporting process optimisation and will work closely with external payment providers on monitoring, issue resolution and continuous improvements.

The main responsibilities of the position include:
Act as the primary point of contact for external payment providers to ensure smooth service delivery
Identify, evaluate, onboard and assist in testing new payment methods to support business growth, ensure continuity, and expand deposit and withdrawal channels across multiple markets
Manage and develop relationships with payment service providers, including negotiating commercial terms such as pricing, settlement conditions, reserves, and service improvements
Monitor, analyse, and report payment performance (approval ratios, fees, functionality, and traffic allocation) on a daily, monthly, and yearly basis, taking proactive actions to improve efficiency and reduce costs
Along with the Payment Service Providers Management team, optimise deposit and withdrawal flows, ensuring a smooth client experience, sufficient liquidity, efficient fund allocation, secure settlements, and availability of funds for timely client payouts
Conduct settlement management and cost optimisation, including analysis of fees, evaluation of settlement methods, and implementation of cost-saving actions
Collaborate with Customer Experience and Back Office teams to resolve any payment-related issues and customer queries.
Contribute to product and system improvements (e.g. payment functionality, client messaging, limits, notifications) and ensure effective use of internal systems
Review competitor activity and market trends to help improve payment offerings and support business continuity
Main requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
1+ years of experience in a similar role will be considered as an advantage
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high level of responsibility, ownership and attention to detail
Team player with excellent communication and people skills and the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Solid IT proficiency with experience using relevant systems and tools
Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Quick learner and well organized with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment
Ability to identify discrepancies and outliers in data and processes
Experience in fintech or financial services is considered an advantage
Excellent oral and written skills in English
