Payments ISO & Referral Partnership Manager

You will source, meet, and onboard ISOs and referral partners. You will conduct high-value prospecting through networking events, referrals, social media, cold calling, and in-person visits. You will hold 10–15 face-to-face or virtual meetings per week with prospective clients, manage partnerships daily, weekly, and monthly to hit targets, promote additional products, maintain the CRM (HubSpot) and a pipeline of quotations, assist partners through the application process to become active, and collaborate with internal teams to process, deliver, and set up products for a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Source, meet, and onboard ISOs and referral partners
  • Conduct high-value prospecting via networking events, referrals, social media, cold calling, and in-person visits
  • Target referral partners to generate hot leads
  • Hold 10–15 face-to-face or virtual meetings per week with prospective clients
  • Manage partnerships daily, weekly, and monthly to meet targets
  • Promote additional Kody suite products to partners
  • Maintain CRM (HubSpot) and a pipeline of quotations to achieve targets
  • Achieve personal sales targets through referral partnerships
  • Assist partners through the application process to become active
  • Collaborate with internal teams to process, deliver, and set up products

Requirements

  • 3+ years of ISO and referral sales experience in payments
  • Be based in the United Kingdom
  • Established network in ISOs, referrals, payments, and hospitality
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to operate hands-on and work strategically
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
