<\/p>Key Responsibilities<\/span>
<\/h2>Payroll<\/span>
<\/p>\n \n Own the end\-to\-end payroll process, partnering with our external payroll provider to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery each month.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Manage our payroll mailbox and maintain our compensation database<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Own our payroll reports and presentation of compensation\-related data.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Identify and implement opportunities to automate and streamline People ↔ Finance processes.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Contribute to ad\-hoc analyses and projects across Payroll, ESOP, and Financial Reporting.<\/span>

\n <\/div>Accounts Payable<\/span>
<\/p>\n \n Prepare and process weekly payment runs, including invoice validation, reviewing vendor details, and obtaining appropriate approvals.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Maintain up\-to\-date vendor records, contracts, and compliance documentation.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Respond promptly to vendor and internal stakeholder inquiries related to payments or account status.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Support month\-end close by preparing accruals and prepayment journal entries<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Collaborate with internal teams to enhance purchasing, approval, and payment processes and documentation. <\/span>

\n <\/div>Qualifications & Skills<\/span>
<\/h2>\n \n 3+ years of experience in payroll and/or Accounts Payable function<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Familiarity with documenting processes through memos or flowcharts.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Strong communication skills and a team\-first mindset.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Bonus: experience with ESOP administration, reporting tools (e.g., HRIS, Sheets, or similar), and can handle accounting entries related to payroll and accruals.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Passionate about data, accuracy, and well\-designed financial processes.<\/span>
<\/p><\/li>\n Highly organized and detail\-oriented, with a knack for simplifying complexity.<\/span>
