Payroll Executive (Entry level) #HGN

Requirements:

  • Payroll Processing: End-to-end processing (salary, bonuses, overtime, leaves) using HRIS/payroll software.
  • Compliance & Statutory Reporting: Submitting CPF contributions, filing employee income tax (IR8A), and handling tax clearance for foreign employees.
  • Data Accuracy & Management: Maintaining up-to-date employee records, verifying timesheets, and ensuring accuracy of personal/bank details.
  • Employee Queries & Support: Resolving salary discrepancies and addressing payroll-related inquiries with discretion.
  • Reporting & Administration: Generating monthly payroll reports, bank files, and supporting HR/Finance with reconciliation, budgeting, and audit requests.

  • Degree in any field
