Payroll Specialist

Apple’s H2R Compensation Services Team is seeking a Global Payroll Specialist skilled at providing the highest quality support to our business partners, 3rd party vendors and employees in a highly dynamic fast paced environment. The Payroll Specialist will be working with internal and external partners to ensure proper payments to 3rd party vendors and regulatory agencies. We’re looking for an individual who’s innovative, driven, collaborative and trustworthy; someone that is flexible, manages change, and thoroughly understand processes across functional groups. Minimum Qualifications 3-5 years experience in Payroll, Accounting or Finance working across multiple services. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or equivalent Intermediate to Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel Technical aptitude with database management and analysis and/or AI tools Knowledge of Vendor Payment process end to end process Understanding of benefits and payroll administration, processes and tools Preferred Qualifications Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a global, fast-paced environment Ability to problem solve and effectively prioritize workload Comfortable working with cross functional teams across multiple business functions Great teammate who is willing to assist other team members in getting the job done Obsess over the customer experience and view each and every inquiry as an opportunity to care and support others; able to create methods to keep an eye on quality without missing key deadlines. Can navigate highly complex business needs without a clearly defined path and where you see a need, to bring a well thought solution. Find love in the details and are action oriented; Use data to tell a compelling story of successes and opportunities; Creating action plans and driving improvements is something you enjoy. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal with strong interpersonal skills and a high degree of collaboration at all levels.
