• Maintain the project files which includes
• Project documentation, Meeting minutes, Project status reports, Project Related correspondence/ documentation as applicable.
• Maintain the Project Budget which includes - reviewing the weekly and monthly timesheet reports for inconsistencies, Approval of invoices to payment, maintaining ongoing cost to complete forecasts, Complete reconciliation of the project budget
• Schedule Meetings, Prepare and distribute MoMs, following up on action items
• Hand on experience in using Microsoft Project tool for project scheduling and tracking.
• Ongoing communication of project status, completing the agreed on project reports and escalating issues to the relevant project stakeholders
