Kadel Labs is seeking\nan experienced and strategic Engineering Manager to lead high\-performing\ntechnology teams across diverse projects and technology stacks. This role is\nideal for a seasoned engineering leader with strong technical depth in any\nmodern technology stack, combined with proven experience in team management,\nsolution delivery, and engineering excellence.<\/span>

The Engineering\nManager will be responsible for driving technical strategy, managing end\-to\-end\nsoftware delivery, leading multiple engineering teams, and ensuring scalable,\nsecure, and high\-quality product development aligned with business objectives.<\/span>

Key\nResponsibilities:<\/span><\/b>

\u2022 Lead, mentor, and\nmanage engineering teams across multiple technologies, functions, and projects
\u2022 Drive architecture, design, development, and delivery of scalable software\nsolutions across any modern tech stack
\u2022 Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and leadership to\ndefine technical roadmaps and execution strategies
\u2022 Ensure engineering excellence through best practices in code quality,\narchitecture, security, performance, and scalability
\u2022 Oversee application development, APIs, integrations, and enterprise system\nmodernization initiatives
\u2022 Manage project execution, sprint planning, delivery timelines, and resource\nallocation
\u2022 Drive adoption of Agile/Scrum methodologies, DevOps practices, CI/CD, and\nprocess optimization
\u2022 Lead technical decision\-making, problem\-solving, and production issue\nresolution
\u2022 Build and scale strong engineering teams through hiring, coaching,\nperformance management, and capability development
\u2022 Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and adoption of emerging\ntechnologies

Requirements /\nSkills:<\/span><\/b>

\u2022 10+ years of\nsoftware engineering experience with strong technical expertise in any modern\ntechnology stack
\u2022 Proven experience managing engineering teams in product, services, or\nenterprise environments
\u2022 Strong understanding of software architecture, scalable systems, APIs, and\nenterprise application development
\u2022 Experience in front\-end, back\-end, cloud, data, or platform engineering\nacross one or more technologies
\u2022 Ability to lead teams working on technologies such as Java, .NET, Python,\nNode.js, PHP, React, Angular, cloud platforms, or equivalent
\u2022 Experience with databases, system integrations, cloud platforms\n(AWS/Azure/GCP), and deployment processes
\u2022 Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum, CI/CD, DevOps, and software delivery\nlifecycle
\u2022 Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and\nteam\-building skills
\u2022 Strong analytical thinking, decision\-making, and problem\-solving abilities
