As a Pega / Appian Program Delivery Lead - Director, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients, optimizing technology infrastructure for enhanced business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage cutting-edge technologies to enhance connectivity and drive efficient data flow. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, shaping client engagements, and mentoring the next generation of leaders. You are expected to uphold PwC's reputation for quality, integrity, and inclusion, creating a healthy working environment and maximizing client satisfaction.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will cultivate potential in others and actively collaborate across the PwC Network, understanding tradeoffs and leveraging collective strength. You will develop new ideas, solutions, and structures, driving thought leadership and promoting technological advances. Responsibilities

- Leading the design and implementation of seamless integration solutions and robust platform architectures for clients
- Driving business growth by shaping client engagements and mentoring future leaders
- Translating strategic vision into actionable plans that inspire teams and enhance client satisfaction
- Utilizing cloud infrastructure architecture design and network integration to optimize technology infrastructure
- Promoting technological advances and fostering environments where people and technology thrive together
- Developing new ideas and solutions to address system-level enablers and drive thought leadership
- Identifying market gaps and converting opportunities into successful outcomes for the firm
- Adhering to professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
- Building and maintaining executive-level client relations to support business development efforts
- Overseeing multiple projects and making strategic choices to drive change and innovation

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 16 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Engineering & Business, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Management of Technology
- Demonstrating proficiency in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
- Utilizing Enterprise Architecture (EA) and Business Process Modeling for strategic solutions
- Leading initiatives in Platform Engineering and Architecture for client success
