In this role, you will be responsible for the deployment of large\-scale Pega projects. This may involve developing BPM applications, integrating web services, designing data models and frameworks, and collating business analysis requirements.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

To ensure success as a Pega developer, you should have advanced knowledge of Pega Class Hierarchy, experience with Java\-based applications, and high\-level project management skills.<\/span><\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/span>A top\-level Pega developer understands the needs of the company and designs scalable applications to improve process management. Extended skill sets are welcome and encouraged.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

  • BS\n Degree with at least 5 years of progressively responsible experience\n in building and implementing model\-driven, enterprise\-level business\n solutions.<\/span><\/span>

    • You\u2019ve\n built and implemented model\-driven, enterprise\-level business solutions\n and applications.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • You\u2019ve\n led end\-to\-end delivery of medium to large component of bigger solution.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • You\u2019ve\n been exposed to a variety of technologies including Application Servers,\n programming languages, relational and non\-relational data bases and\n integration techniques.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • You\u2019ve\n demonstrated knowledge of and applicability of Object\-Oriented techniques\n and principles.<\/span><\/span>
      <\/li>
    • You\u2019ve\n delivered solutions in Agile and Scrum methodologies.<\/span><\/span>

      Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span>
      <\/h3>
      • Application Design & Development:\n Lead analysis, design, and configuration of Pega applications. Define\n class structures, data models, and process flows.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/div><\/span><\/li>
      • Integration & Configuration:\n Integrate Pega with databases and external systems via SOAP/REST services<\/span><\/span>
        <\/div><\/span><\/li>
      • Team Leadership: Mentor developers,\n conduct code reviews, and ensure quality releases.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/div><\/span><\/li>
      • Security & Compliance: Design\n application security protocols and ensure compliance with Guardrails.<\/span><\/span>
        <\/div><\/span><\/li>
      • Certifications: CSA, CSSA (mandatory);<\/span><\/span>
        <\/div><\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/span>
