People & Culture Business Partner

  • Oversee all aspects of the local People & Culture (HR) function and act as the primary contact for business leaders and managers
  • Provide day-to-day HR support to line management, including coaching, employee relations, career development, and HR processes
  • Manage payroll input and support while ensuring compliance with local labour laws and regulations
  • Collaborate with global P&C stakeholders to implement initiatives and ensure alignment with local requirements and legal frameworks
  • Support Global Mobility, immigration activities, M&A projects, and guide industrial relations matters; initial 1-year fixed-term contract with the intention to transition to permanent employment
  • Strong HR expertise across the full employee lifecycle, with experience in payroll, labour law compliance, and HR operations (preferably in matrix organisations)
  • Solid understanding of Turkish market dynamics, business practices, and regional expertise (Istanbul preferred)
  • Experience in coaching, organisational development, cross-cultural communication, and stakeholder management across multiple countries
  • Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently within frameworks, and manage third-party vendors
  • Fluent in English and Turkish, with high emotional intelligence, business acumen, and ability to work under pressure in a collaborative environment
