About the role
This role sits within People & Culture and supports the Asset Management Australia business, partnering closely with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.
As a PAC Business Partner, you will work across the full employee lifecycle, advising leaders and delivering practical people solutions that support performance, engagement and organisational capability.
Key responsibilities:
Partner with leaders to provide advice and coaching across performance, engagement and employee relations
Support end-to-end people processes including talent, succession, remuneration and development
Translate business needs into practical people strategies and initiatives
Deliver people programs that strengthen capability and organisational performance
Contribute to firmwide People & Culture initiatives and continuous improvement
Mentor and support junior PAC team members
Build trusted stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Centres of Excellence
About you
Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in financial services or professional services
Strong generalist HR capability across the employee lifecycle
Commercially minded with the ability to align people outcomes to business needs
Confident engaging, coaching and influencing senior leaders
Proven ability to build relationships across teams and functions
Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, psychology or similar
Experience with remuneration or compensation frameworks is advantageous
