People & Culture Business Partner

About the role

This role sits within People & Culture and supports the Asset Management Australia business, partnering closely with senior leaders to align people strategy with business objectives.

As a PAC Business Partner, you will work across the full employee lifecycle, advising leaders and delivering practical people solutions that support performance, engagement and organisational capability.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with leaders to provide advice and coaching across performance, engagement and employee relations

  • Support end-to-end people processes including talent, succession, remuneration and development

  • Translate business needs into practical people strategies and initiatives

  • Deliver people programs that strengthen capability and organisational performance

  • Contribute to firmwide People & Culture initiatives and continuous improvement

  • Mentor and support junior PAC team members

  • Build trusted stakeholder relationships and collaborate with Centres of Excellence

About you

  • Experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role, ideally in financial services or professional services

  • Strong generalist HR capability across the employee lifecycle

  • Commercially minded with the ability to align people outcomes to business needs

  • Confident engaging, coaching and influencing senior leaders

  • Proven ability to build relationships across teams and functions

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, commerce, psychology or similar

  • Experience with remuneration or compensation frameworks is advantageous
