People & Culture Communications Coordinator - student job
Internal Communications Coordination
- Coordinate monthly communication campaigns and thematic initiatives (e.g., Focus of the Month).
- Liaise with stakeholders across departments to gather content, updates, and supporting materials.
- Track deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure timely delivery of content.
- Support the preparation and publication of internal communications across company channels.
Employee Engagement Programs
- Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives, campaigns, and events.
- Coordinate logistics and communications for global and local People & Culture activities.
- Help manage employee recognition and culture-related programs.
Town Hall & Event Support
- Coordinate preparation activities for company Town Halls and other employee events.
- Collect presentations, speaker materials, and supporting content.
- Manage timelines and ensure all stakeholders meet agreed deadlines.
- Support scheduling and event communications.
Project Coordination
- Maintain project plans, trackers, and action logs for ongoing initiatives.
- Monitor progress and identify potential risks or delays.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders.
- Prepare status updates and reports for the People & Culture Communications team.
Administrative Support
- Organize and maintain communication assets and documentation.
- Support content calendars and campaign planning activities.
- Assist with surveys, feedback collection, and reporting.
Required
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Marketing, Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proactive and comfortable working with stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Preferred
- Previous experience in student organizations, events, communications, marketing, HR, or project coordination.
- Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, or similar tools.
- Interest in employee engagement, corporate culture, and internal communications.
