People & Culture Executive

We’re looking for a People & Culture Executive to join our Singapore team and support our retail business in delivering a smooth and positive employee experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on HR operations, thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, and wants exposure across the full employee lifecycle.

🚀 What You’ll Do

You will be at the heart of our People & Culture operations, supporting:

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Coordinate hiring for retail and office roles
  • Manage interviews, offers, and onboarding process

HR Operations & Employee Support

  • Handle employee lifecycle matters (confirmation, transfer, resignation, etc.)
  • Be the first point of contact for HR-related queries
  • Maintain HR records and HRIS accuracy

Payroll & Benefits Support

  • Assist in monthly payroll checking and statutory submissions (CPF, IRAS, etc.)
  • Support employee benefits administration

Employee Engagement & Culture

  • Support engagement activities and HR initiatives
  • Assist in employee relations matters

Training & Reporting

  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain records
  • Prepare basic HR reports and headcount updates

🎯 What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of HR experience (retail / FMCG / service industry preferred)
  • Strong interest in HR operations and people support
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
  • Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Comfortable with Excel and HR systems
