About the Role

Support the Admin / HR function by managing employee lifecycle processes including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, records management, performance support, and employee relations.
Oversee core administrative operations to ensure efficient day-to-day business operations and a positive employee experience while ensuring compliance with policies. labour regulations and organizational standards.

Responsibilities

Recruitment & onboarding: Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
Employee records & documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
Employee relations & engagement: Support engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture.
Attendance, leave & performance: Monitor attendance, leave records, and support performance management.
Policy compliance & HR administration: Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and HR procedures.
Office administration & coordination: Manage daily administrative operations and office coordination.
Internal communication & reporting: Prepare reports, memos, and provide timely administrative updates.
Operational & administrative support: Support management and departments to ensure smooth operations.
Records, audit & compliance support: Maintain organized records for audits and compliance reviews.
Process improvement initiatives: Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance efficiency.
