Who are we looking for?

If you are a curious, structured person with a genuine interest in People Operations, love getting the details right, and find satisfaction in a well-organised process, this role could be a great fit! The working time for this role is expected to be around 15hrs/week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage HR Systems & Employee Data: Maintain the data in our People systems, primarily in HiBob, so that our data stays clean and trustworthy.
  • Support the Employee Lifecycle: Draft and issue employment contracts and support onboarding and offboarding admin as needed.
  • Handle Employee Requests: Monitor our ticket system (Freshservice) and serve as point of contact for questions from our employees around topics like contracts, policies, and People processes - escalating to specialists where needed.
  • Prepare Internal Data Reports: Pull and prepare People data reports for other teams, helping make sure the business has the information it needs when it needs it.
  • Support People Projects: Help out on a variety of People projects — process improvements, employee-lifecycle initiatives, and whatever comes up as we keep developing our business.

Qualifications

We value diverse experiences and backgrounds. While not all qualifications are mandatory, we imagine the ideal candidate might:

  • Be currently studying toward a Master's in HRM or another relevant business field.
  • Have some prior work experience, ideally in a People team or related field
  • Have a genuine interest in employment law and people processes
  • Be structured and detail-oriented, with high standards for accuracy and data quality
  • Be responsible and discreet when handling personal and confidential information
  • Be comfortable using HR systems and generally at ease with tech
  • Have strong service-minded communication skills in English
  • Be open to working in an energetic and fast-paced workplace with varied tasks

We encourage you to apply even if you don't tick all the boxes!
